Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 Business days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when purchased, with no visible damage or alterations.

Return Shipping and Handling:
Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and as long as it is in its original condition (excluding any damage not from the original packaging or condition), a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Note: If the returned item shows visible damage not present at the time of delivery or purchase, we reserve the right to deny a full refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

At JNS License Plates, we understand that circumstances change and order cancellations may occasionally be necessary. While cancellations are accepted, we encourage customers to carefully review their orders prior to placement to ensure accuracy and avoid the need for changes.

• Before Processing: Orders may be cancelled prior to processing. A cancellation fee of 10% of the order total will be applied to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
• After Processing: Once an order has been processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Customers wishing to discontinue their purchase must wait until the product(s) are received and then follow our standard return protocol.
